Energetica offers some of the most stunning scenery in the north east of Scotland. Whether your aim is to relax, enjoy nature or pursue an adventure sport, you’ll find what you’re looking for right here.

The area is home to some of the finest golf courses in Scotland, including Royal Aberdeen which is one of the oldest in the world, on the outskirts of Aberdeen; and Trump International Golf Links, one of the newest, which is already considered to be one of the world’s best. With a wide range of courses to suit all abilities and styles, the Corridor provides world renowned championship links and some of the best parkland courses that you'll find in Scotland.

The area also boasts long stretches of beach and cliff coastlines, which naturally lend themselves to a variety of leisure activities, including kite surfing, wind surfing, sub-aqua diving, sailing, beach and boat fishing, and rock climbing.

The Corridor houses an array of wildlife. Look out to sea and you may see dolphins, porpoises, seals and maybe even whales. The coastline is home to thousands of birds in the spring and summer – terns, eider ducks, swallows, puffins, razorbills, guillemots and fulmars to name just a few.

Nature reserves, country parks, forests, castles, country houses and small coastal villages off the beaten track all offer some of the most exciting areas to explore. The extensive network of interlinked paths and cycleways, including Sustrans National Cycle Routes, provide unparalleled opportunities for local residents and visitors to access to the natural environment, as well as the unique and extensive heritage of the area.

The quality of food and drink produced within Energetica is second to none and this is reflected in the range of hotels, restaurants and cafes on offer, many of which are 4 star and quality award winners.
